1. Download Creation Master 11 and follow the install instructions.
2. Save the textures, bump and the reflex pictures of the boot of your choice on to your computer.
3. Open Creation Master 11 and go to the boots section.
4. Select the boot you would like to replace. Here is a link to the boots id's (German) http://www.fifaplanet.de/showthread.php?t=4332
5. Import the pictures you saved on your computer to CM11.
6. Save and exit CM11
7. Open FIFA 11 and there you have it.
Your boots will be there in the game.
